Employee Tracking: The Golden Element of Workforce Management in Saudi Arabia
Employee Tracking
One of our government clients, a major municipality located in northwestern Saudi Arabia, faced the almost impossible task of monitoring the work efficiency of their 1500+ employees. To monitor and improve their performance, we designed and delivered a special workforce tracking solution using a personal GPS tracking device for every employee and a mobile-based fingerprint field attendance system. Firstly, using the personal GPS tracking device, we make sure the employee is within the work zone during work hours, and also, using a field attendance system, we also make sure the employee does not give a proxy. The client received this unique, innovative approach, which helped the client determine employee productivity and, in turn, their contractor's efficiency.
A large governmental client wanted to tackle a huge challenge: monitor and manage the skills improvement of more than 1,500 people spread in different areas of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The scale and complexity of the task requested an innovative and strong solution.
We designed and implemented a tailored workforce tracking system that utilized the latest GPS technology with a mobile-based fingerprint field attendance framework. Specifically, this was a customized implementation to fit the particular requirements of the municipality, ensuring real-time monitoring with accurate attendance tracking.
Key Features of the Solution :
Personal GPS Tracking Devices: Each worker was prepared with a GPS device to monitor their area during work hours. This guaranteed that workers remained inside assigned work zones, essentially improving accountability.
Mobile-Based Fingerprint Field Attendance System: This framework eliminated the risk of proxy attendance by confirming each employee’s identity through biometric authentication at their work location.
The integration of the two technologies gave the region a comprehensive device for the assessment of both the individual worker's efficiency and the general efficiency of temporary workers. Real-time data offered it very essential information to be able to optimize asset distribution, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery.
The client appreciated this innovative approach to transforming their workforce management practice. It not only enhances operational productivity but also sets a benchmark for leveraging technology in public sector workforce management.
